Daytona Cubs Internship Program: 2010 SEASON Only (Full and Seasonal)
The Daytona Cubs Internship Program is one that is designed to give interns experience in all aspects of running a minor league baseball team. The interns selected for the program will be rotated through each department, giving them an experience that is not focused in one area. The interns will gain experience in marketing, group sales, ticket sales, concessions, stadium operations, merchandise, and media relations.

We have a successful history of placing interns in a position to obtain full-time positions in the world of professional sports. Cubs interns have gone onto locations such as, Brooklyn Cyclones, Fort Wayne Wizards, Stockton Ports, Potomac Nationals, Trenton Thunder, Daytona International Speedway, California Speedway to name a few, along with many on the current Daytona Cubs staff.
Hours in the off-season and on non-game days are Monday-Friday, 9 to 5. Hours during the season are considerably longer. Interns can expect to work more than 40 hours per week during the season. Internships are unpaid, but interns do receive commission on their sales and certain benefits. Intern perks include discounted merchandise, discounted golf, free gym membership, and free meals on game days.
