Tammy Devine returns for her fifth season with the Daytona Cubs. Tammy is responsible for all financial accounts for the team. She is a graduate of Thomas College in Waterville, Maine. Tammy was part of the Cubs’ 2006 staff which won the Bob Freitas Award.
Tammy’s favorite place in Daytona is on the family boat cruising down the Halifax River. She enjoys rug hooking and fishing. Tammy’s favorite sports teams are the Atlanta Braves, New York Mets, and the Notre Dame football team. Her favorite sports moments include attending her first favorite football game in South Bend. It was the 2005 Notre Dame-USC game and she met Daniel “Rudy” Ruettiger. She says her favorite part of her job is watching staff members and interns grow and move on to futures in the sports industry.
Tammy has two sons, John and Adam, who are both in the U.S. Navy. She and her husband Tim were married on the field at Jackie Robinson Ballpark in 2002. They reside in Edgewater.
